Our fish is sustainably sourced from cold-water anchovies in pristine ocean waters off the coasts of Peru. 

The fish are harvested using responsible practices in compliance with the Global Standard for Responsible Supply and National Fisheries Health Service. 

The fishery we source from has also received RS (Responsible Supply) certification and has been assessed by Friends of the Sea.
