I Need to Change or Update My Payment Method

*Please Note Changes to ShopPay Procedures*

Updates to payment methods linked to ShopPay must be updated either via the SHOP app or directly through their website at https://shop.app/. 

- You will find your recurring payments and the associated payment method under account settings. 

1. Login to your account - If you're having issues doing so, see Login Issues

2. Click Address & Payment Details

3. Click Manage Payment Methods

* Important - a payment method cannot be edited.

4. Click [ADD NEW PAYMENT METHOD]

5. Once your new payment method has been added, use the (+) button to select "Use for All Orders" if desired. 

6. You can now either use the "Send Now" Function by going to "View Next Order" or use the "Reschedule" function to set your desired date.
