Kion uses Creapure brand creatine, generally considered the purest form of creatine on the market. Creapure is what is considered "micronized " to aid absorption and solubility. 

In terms of solubility, it can be expected that the product will not dissolve fully on first mixing, especially when mixing with cold liquids. To speed up this process, try adding to a hot liquid like coffee. 

Creatine is generally safe to mix with most any liquid, hot or cold, without negatively impacting the performance of the product. 

 If mixing in cold water, additional time (and likely additional mixing) must be added before it will dissolve completely.
