My Order Says It Was Delivered, But I Can't Find ItUpdated 2 months ago
Seemingly more and more often, we are seeing couriers mark a package as "delivered" a day or two before it has actually been dropped off, so it might still be on it's way!
In these circumstances we ask that you allow 48 hours after the initial delivery notification to receive your parcel.
If your parcel has still not been delivered to you 48 hours after the original delivery notification, please use the more help function to contact our support staff.
In the meantime, it can often be helpful to contact your local Post Office or UPS store and provide them with your tracking number. In many cases, they will be able to contact the driver to secure the missing package.
