Please be aware of the following return details:

• International orders are exempt from returns
• Unopened products must be returned to qualify for refund
• Refunds will be processed less the original shipping paid. 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Refund / Return requests past 60 days (from date delivered) will not be honored
• Any return received without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund

Kion will happily issue a return label for approved returns for a fee of $7.95 or you may choose to ship your products back using the service of your choice.
