What is the Subscriber Loyalty Program?
A program designed to reward our loyal subscribers with ongoing store credit and special milestone perks.How does it work?
You earn 4% cash back in store credit on every renewal. Credits can be applied toward any future renewal. You’ll also unlock milestone rewards at your 3rd, 6th, and 9th orders. After the 9th order, your cash back rate increases for even greater savings!

How much cash back do I earn?
You receive 4% of each renewal order value as store credit.When will I see my cash back applied?
Store credit is applied to your loyalty account after each renewal processes successfully.Does cash back apply to taxes and shipping?
No, credits are calculated based on the subtotal of your order, excluding taxes and shipping.
3. Using Rewards
How do I use my store credits?
Credits are available to use toward any upcoming renewal. Simply access your subscription dashboard here. Under your next order you will see the option to apply available credits to your next order. *At this time, you must apply all available credit, partial credits cannot be applied.Do credits expire?
Credits never expire as long as your subscription is active.Can I use credits on one-time purchases?
Yes, via your subscription dashboard you can choose to add one-time items. Your credits will apply to the sum total of your order - Renewal items + One-time adds.
4. Milestone Rewards
What are the milestone rewards?
3rd order: Free product up to $35 in value
6th order: Free product up to $60 in value
9th order: 40% renewal discount

How are milestone rewards delivered?
Rewards are automatically added to your account or shipped with your next order (depending on the reward). You’ll also receive an email notification.
5. After the 9th Order
What happens after my 9th order?
Your loyalty tier increases and you earn a higher percentage of store credit on each future renewal.What’s the new credit rate?
Your credit accrual rate has been increased to 7%! We will continue to add random reward as a thank you!
6. Additional Details
Can I combine credits with discount codes or promotions?
You can apply your credits to your next renewal, even if you have an additional discount, but they cannot be combined with special offers. As a Kion subscriber, you have the opportunity to lock in pricing that meets or exceeds most promotions!What if I skip an order?
Skipping does not affect your accumulated credits or your milestone count—it simply shifts your next renewal date.What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Any unused credits will expire upon cancellation.
